Here is our list of favorite supplies that will be most used throughout our Letter of the Week Curriculum This list of supplies includes the items that are most used and common in both the curriculum pages as well as the linked crafts for each letter. This is, of course, not all encompassing, and you may need to buy supplies outside of this list based on your craft and activity choices. However, this list is a great starting point so you can see what types of things you will want to have on hand as you begin the Letter of the Week Curriculum.
While we have provided amazon affiliate links here for you to make buying quick and easy, you may be able to find some of these things at your local Dollar Tree, (or similar dollar store) Target, or local craft store. In addition to the most commonly used activity and craft supplies, I have also listed some larger items that would make your life a little easier such as our favorite printer and laminator. These items aren’t necessary, but have helped our family over the years and saved us money in the long run. This list should be a great starting point so you and your child can jump right in and start learning!

Learning Bins
Learning Bins (discussed on our Letter of the Week Overview Page) are an awesome way to get your child exploring and learning through play.
**Some of these items are quite small and may not be suitable for children under 3 as they could pose a choking hazard. So be mindful of what you place in your learning bins to make sure they are age-appropriate.
I keep these items in small plastic bins that I purchased from the dollar store, but HERE are some similar ones for item storage.
Below is a list of learning bin activities that I have used. Both of my children enjoy taking the bins out and playing with them regularly. It is entertaining and very educational. Here are some links to learning bin activities that we love:
- Brainflakes
- Interlocking Building Blocks
- Construction Building Set
- Building Bars
- Finger Puppets
- Magnetic Tile Building Blocks
- Reusable Sticker Books
- Balancing Block Playset
- Cube Puzzles
- Bear Counters
- Snap Cubes
- Colored Links
- Lacing Letters
- LEGOS
